Academic activities Coordinator (12 month fixed-term contract) (m/f)

Vos missions

• Managing the student administration, e.g., automation and definition of processes, refinement of the webpage, welcoming students, daily trouble shooting

• Organizing weekly Student Seminars and events (e.g., ALEM training day)

• Liaising with the secretary responsible for the administration, the medical Director, Board and other stakeholders

Coordination/ development of the research at the Hôpitaux Robert Schuman:

• Making contact with industry and research institutes to facilitate research projects

• Supporting ongoing efforts by setting up and attending project meetings with different stakeholders and keep the ball rolling

• Helping to develop the research activities/infrastructure

Votre profil

• Organized, able to work on your own, motivated and flexible, with a service mentality and heart for students and doctors

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

• Experience working in a research/academic environment as well as knowledge of the Luxembourgish environment for health and biomedicine would be a plus

• Fluent in spoken and written German and English. French and Luxemburgish are an advantage
